To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk222 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the kk222 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
• Any loss arising from a failure of electronic equipment, internet connectivity, communication networks, or third-party payment processing systems.
• Any loss caused by or attributable to a technical malfunction, server error, software bug, or other technical issue on the kk222 platform, provided that kk222 will, in such cases, take reasonable steps to restore the correct position to the extent practicable.
• Any action or inaction of third-party payment providers, including delays, failed transactions, or incorrect processing by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

kk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the kk222 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

kk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
